A Sunny Saturday In Brighton

I’ve been very quiet on here over the last few months but that doesn’t mean I’ve not been taking pictures. I’ve been taking a lot more pictures on 35mm film which is something I’ve really started enjoying. I treated myself to a Leica M6 and shooting fully manual and on a rangefinder is a new experience for me.

These pictures were taken on a family day trip to Brighton and have just sight adjustments in Lightroom post development. I get my films developed and scanned by a small Film Company called the Film Safe. I will do a full review soon.

My favourite from this day is the chap asleep on the beach in a yellow jacket next to a sign saying “No Alchohol”. It is these humorous juxtapositions that can be found when out with a camera that I really love about street photography.
